Technical Recruiter
Santa Clara, CA

As a Technical Recruiter, you will recruit top talent to build our company as the industry leader in data analytics driven leak detection and emissions management solutions. This position will play a vital role in the design and execution of our exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with business leaders as well as the broader Human Resources team to define priorities, operations and execute hiring strategies. You will help us achieve our hiring goals and celebrate our success together as we do. This position reports to the VP, Global Human Resources.

· Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring objectives

· Understand details of the roles to be filled, review job descriptions, advise and assist hiring managers with development and revision of job descriptions

· Develop and execute recruiting strategies to hit our ambitious headcount goals

· Create sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future needs

· Leverage social media platforms to post positions to attract and generate a healthy pipeline of candidates

· Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications

· Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers

· Collaborate with the HR team to schedule interviews, offers and onboarding

· Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.

· Provide advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness

· Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to earn trust and credibility to influence

· Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills

· Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Mail, and ATS systems (Paycor is a plus)

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (technical degree is a plus)

· 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in software, hardware, product management, applications, and other technical roles as well as operational roles
