Job Title: Temp Accounting Assistant

Location: St. Helena
Compensation: $30-$35 an hour

Job Summary:

A well-established client of ours in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Accounting Assistant for the next 6-8 weeks. This role is responsible for high volume data entry. The ideal candidate would need to have strong excel and analytical skills.

Job Title Responsibilities:

Input account receivable data into accounting system
Input account payable data into accounting software
Create invoices
Match up invoices to statements for payment
Reconcile payments
Input data into Excel spreadsheets
Assist human resources with data entry

Job Title Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting role.
Intermediate Excel skills
Familiar with GAAP principles and reporting
Human resource knowledge a plus
