Job Title: Temp Certified Payroll Specialist

Compensation: $27-$36 an hour
Job Summary:
We are partnering with a well-established client of ours in the construction industry who is looking for a temporary Certified Payroll Specialist. This role is responsible for processing payroll and liabilities. The ideal candidate would have certified payroll and QuickBooks experience.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Process payroll
- Deposit payroll liabilities
- Prepare certified payroll reports
- Prepare monthly union and workman's comp reports
- Pay bills and record recurring auto payments
- Record transactions in QuickBooks
- Maintain transactions reports in Excel
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Process medical reimbursements for employees
Job Title Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting role.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Certified payroll experience a plus
