Job Title: Temporary Payroll Coordinator
Location: Corte Madera
Compensation: $28-30/h

Job Summary:
Our client, a well-established Bay Area organization, is seeking strong Payroll Administrator on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for high volume payroll for multiple company entities. You must have 2-4 years current experience working solely in payroll - there are no other accounting expectations in this position. Since payroll will be your focus you must also have excellent verbal and oral communication as you will be the main point of contact for client and employee correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-state, full cycle payroll
  • Maintain accurate and current electronic and physical files.
  • Enter, validate, and process employee time and attendance records.
  • Administration duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  • Need 2 years of recent payroll experience
  • Proven experience processing payroll for minimum of 200+ employees
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience working with UKG (Ultipro); highly desired
