Position: Full Time (Must be available to work weekends)
Compensation: $15.50/hr

Tour Guide Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Informing customers about the tour and site location
  • Handing out merchandise as needed
  • Familiarizing yourself with the layout and history of the region or establishment in which you will be working.
  • Directing and assisting customers throughout the Visitor Center
  • Assisting other departments as needed
  • Positive attitude with great customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible schedule: Must be available to work weekends
  • Previous Customer Service skills a plus!
