Job Title: VSC Claims Services Administrator
Compensation: $20/hr

Job Purpose: The purpose and function of American Honda Finance Corporation's Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Operations department is to service all VSC related matters that occur after the date of purchase, including VSC claim adjudication. Our ultimate goal is to influence Honda and Acura customer and dealer loyalty through premier service levels.

As a Claims Services Administrator, you will be expected to handle a high volume of incoming calls, process Vehicle Service Contract claims, and answer detailed questions concerning coverage, exclusions, procedures, and policies with direct supervision. You play an important role in ensuring that Honda and Acura customers and dealers remain satisfied and loyal by the expeditious manner in which you process claims, resolve dealer/customer conflicts, and handle informational inquiries.





Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Associate / Bachelor degree in Automotive Technology, ASE Certification, or equivalent work experience in an technical automotive related field is preferred
  • Two or more years of claims/customer service experience in a vehicle service contract environment, or two or more years of dealership or independent automotive repair shop experience, or equivalent combination is preferred
  • Other comparable work experience will be considered if relevant to this position
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
