Warehouse Associate

Job scope: Performs various duties related to FC operations, including but not limited to Inbound, Inventory, Replenishment, Outbound, and Maintenance departments. Associates will be cross-trained before being assigned to a designated area.

Essential Functions:
* Operate an RF gun/PDA device
* Breakdown, receive, and inspect inbound items
* Keep record of inventory, reconcile any discrepancies, and consolidate products
* Move items and carts from one location to another
* Pick, pack, stack, and ship items
* Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver
* Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department
* May participate in training new associates
* (Maintenance only)
o Remove trash, spills, and dropped/broken items
o Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment
o Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary
* Effective communication
* Able to read and write
* Basic math
* Computer Literacy
* Able to work independently or as part of a team
* Learning Aptitude
* Detail-oriented
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment around machinery
Supervisory responsibilities:
Work environment:
* Fast-paced
* Medium to loud noise levels
* High and low warehouse seasonal temperatures
* Minimal exposure to dust
* Steel-toed shoes/boots required
Physical demands:
* Must be able to remain in stationary position (sit and stand) for 10+ hours
* Must be able to move and walk for 10+ hours
* Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
* Must be able to push up to 50 lbs
