Warehouse Supervisor
Pay: $23-$26
Shift: 7AM-330PM
Location: Auburn, WA

We are presently seeking qualified candidates for a Warehouse Supervisor opportunity with a local leading innovator in cable manufacturing in Kent, WA.

Technical Competencies Desired:

    • 1 to 3 years receiving experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of warehouse activities and duties
    • Able to build rapport and relationships with co-workers
    • Problem solving skills
    • Leadership skills

Primary duties:

    • Lead with passion and patience
    • Coach team members as needed on company established best practices
    • Effect change for the better
    • Perform all receiving, kitting, and inventory control activities
    • Follow up with purchasing and sales to resolve receiving issues
    • Print and organize Manufacturing Order documents
    • Pick components per Manufacturing Order requirements
    • Perform accurate inventory transactions in MRP system
    • Perform cycle counts as directed
    • Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks in efficient manner
    • Partner with internal staff on VMI and Consignment programs
    • Able to drive associated parts picking equipment (Reach truck, motorized parts picker, etc…)
Required:
    • HS diploma or equivalent
