Nelson Connects is immediately hiring for Winery-Cellar Worker for a local leading organization in Sonoma County.

As a Winery-Cellar Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Operation of harvest equipment
  • Pump-overs/punch-downs
  • Fermentation monitoring
  • Equipment sanitation
  • General winery cleaning

Winery-Cellar Worker candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Be able to work independently, as well as with all cellar crew members
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks
  • Assist with incoming fruit
  • Dependable be on-time and stay on task
  • Able to operate winery machinery safely and effectively

For this role, we have openings on the DAY shift:

  • 7am-5pm with overtime

Pay for this position is $18-20/hour

Experience with the following is a PLUS:

  • Forklift
  • Barrels
  • Sanitation
