Our client is a leading B2B provider of rental storage products and services. Due to expansive growth, we're looking to partner with a blue collar, skill trade professional to help support their day to day operations.

Assignment: Contract to hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:40pm (OT on occasion)
Location: Mira Loma, CA
Compensation: $22-$23 per hour

This position is working alongside and participate in leading all shop/yard activities including maintenance team members and mobile service techs. Effectively maintain equipment, control and manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and maintain yard flow and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, we're seeking:

  • Construction, Maintenance and/or Mechanically inclined background.
  • Required to lift 50 pounds
  • Welding experience is a plus but not required. Utilize pipe wrench and other oversized tools.
  • Required to walk the yard, up to 50 yards or more at a time
  • Ability to work both indoors & outdoors year round
  • Carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities
  • Must possess valid Driver's License and tend to client's pre-hire requirements such as a 7-year criminal check and 5-pane DT.
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Leadership/management experience preferred
